I moved here recently and pay half the rental fee charged by my previous residence, another senior living facility. The staff are readily available since their offices are located at the main entrance and social center. They are humble & always helpful. I also am appreciative of the pay as you use laundry service. The front desk is open until midnight something my previous expensive facility did not even have. There are at least 2 activities daily. I am very satisfied here.

My mom has been in the short term rehab and long term nursing facility here only because there's a waiting list for every other facility! I know nursing homes are under staffed, however I've walk into this place with people sitting at the desk laughing and talking while my mom hits her help button for over and hour or two hrs sitting in her body fluids. This is ALL the time not just a couple of times. There's maybe 2 LPNs who try their best, and physical therapy is great and helps her more than the regular staff. The food is always cold and the halls smell like a sewer ALL the time. I would not recommend putting your family here if you can help it, or be prepared to raise hell to get help for your loved one! I work in healthcare and this is not acceptable.

Do not put your family in this place, it’s honestly the worst place I have ever saw! My grandma lives on the 3rd floor and we are looking to move her the place hardly has any AC at all every time we walk in the front the have HUGE fans going because there is no ac anywhere! Not to mention the place is INFESTED with bed bugs over the whole building she has had to constantly move apartments for months now because they cannot get the bed bug issue settled! It’s so bad it’s within the walls she gets so confused moving all the time it’s not good for her health or anyone else! Consistent leaks throughout the hallways, this place honestly needs to be shut down immediately

They probably don't get a lot said about them but let me give a big hand for the people who do the laundry at Westminster Village. I send out dirty clothes, sheets, towels and wash cloths and when they come back, they are clean, pressed, and folded. I have never been able to fold our king-sized fitted sheets. They know how. For the first time I can put the fitted sheet and the top sheet in the same drawer. All I have to do is sort, bag, the dirty clothes and they came back clean, pressed, and folded. It's also important that they all come back and I never get someone else's shirt. A Big Hurray for Westminster's Laundry people. All the complaints about the food here at my little piece of heaven on earth, Westminster Village is in a famous general's word "nuts." Today they knocked it out of ballpark again with gravy and homemade biscuits and scrambled eggs for breakfast. For lunch with a wonderful broccoli cream soup served with the best chicken salad I've ever eaten. Finally, tonight it was a great meat loaf with mashed potatoes, and peas. All of this wonderful food was delivered to my table by hard working servers in the most beautiful and clean dining room I have ever eaten in. My word for the cooks and servers is "thank you." I'm sure you don't hear it enough. I

My mother has lived there for a few years in independent living. And she loved it when she moved in. The food and the staff. The activities director was fabulous! She was so happy she made the choice. Fast forward to 2023. The facility has been sold to another company and now the food is so bad and the carpets aren’t vacuumed and are filthy. There isn’t staff for the kitchen and there isn’t a chef. So now instead of filling out a menu or having choices on a menu it’s what they decide they are fixing. Too bad if you don’t want it or can’t eat it. No longer table service. It’s stand out side till they say it’s time to eat. Like a school cafeteria. And even though it’s suppose to be 4-6. It’s 4:30 to 5:00. My mother went down at 5 once and they had already cleaned bins and put stuff away. She was lucky they offer her a ham sandwich. They weren’t happy about it. Housekeeping was changed from every 2 weeks to once a month. And it looks as though they aren’t cleaning whole place on a regular schedule. It’s really a shame. So if you are looking currently for independent living. Do not pick this facility. We are hoping to get her out ASAP!
