Both the care staff and social services team have been nothing less than extraordinary in helping us in our time of need.

Please do not bring a loved one to this facility. My client was here for rehab, and the care was seriously lacking. There simply aren’t enough staff to properly care for residents. Call lights often weren’t answered promptly, and it could take a long time for staff to respond. My client reported getting maybe one or two glasses of water a day, with the rest of his drinks being Kool-Aid. He also noticed staff acted differently when family was visiting. The place looks and smells unclean, and while a few nurses, like Curtis, seemed attentive and professional, most showed little empathy. My client ended up back in the hospital, which may have been related to the care he received. Once he is discharged, he will be going to a different facility for rehab. I just don’t want anyone else to have to go through this.

When we found out my mother needed Rehab, I chose Hillcrest Village because I heard so many good things about them, and let me tell you they have exceeded are expectations and more. Everyone including the Nurses, CNA and Therapy we're all amazing and did everything they could for her. If we ever need another rehab stay will definitely be coming back here and we will recommend Hillcrest Village to anyone who will listen. Thank you for everything you all did the past 2 weeks, again it has been an amazing experience.
