This place is the worst place I've ever seen and I'd never ever suggest anyone ever go here. They use a pharmacy in Indianapolis 2 hours away and I've only been here 8 days 4 different times they have ran out of my meds and i am the one suffering because of this stupidity!<br>Basically they just want money.... everyone has told me that my meds were taken care of yet this were all lies

I want to take the time thank the Clark rehabilitation on clarksville indiana on little league blvd of Tim and clark rehab staffs that made a phenomenal impression on my mother (Wilma Ellis). My mother has been in such pain throbbed for around almost 4 years hardly any smiles. After her Back surgery she was sent to this phenomenal facility. The minutes she stepped in the building. Tim and the Staffs has welcomed my mom with warm welcomed and made her smile that we haven't seen in a long time and the staff were in such profession under my mom care. And show such gratitude, comfort, encouraging and full of happiness of loving staff really appreciate there professional level under the residents care. These clark rehab deserves much promotion and wages better than any professional level in there feilds. They make mom laugh and happy and she love they way they keep the rooms and the facilities cleaned and they way they help each other's to assured that everyone is in good condition and good care. The staff made my mom feel like she's at home. I hope you guys continue to approach the Staffs for well deserved job and to recognize their accomplishment to continue their purpose to love and care for there job. That says a lot for the Human resources doing a good job selecting right qualifying workers to take their profession seriously. I would recommend tim and his staff a 5 star. To me. 💯 star.
