DO NOT allow your loved ones to live there if you can help it. As a business. I called when the one of their residents was done with his appt. It took them an HOUR to pick him up when they were only 10min a way. When I called to check the status, I was told they only had one driver. SAD!

Westerwood Rehab did a an excellent job taking care of my elderly family member. Top notch medical, nursing, PT, OT, activities, showering, communication with the family, coordination with the home health care agency, and discharge documents for the PCP. They even provided personalized name tags for his laundry! If I ever need a skilled nursing facility, Westerwood is where I'm going

My sisters and I would like to recommend Westerwood Rehab center. The facility was clean and the staff was very caring, kind and accommodating to our brother, who was Downs with Alzheimer’s, and all of us as well. They went above and beyond. One of us was with him every day and witnessed the friendly, caring staff with our brother and other clients in the facility. We felt bl sued to find such a great facility that takes Medicaid in the Columbus area.
