The level of care that residents receive here is absolutely disgusting. They are not getting cared for properly, and the staff is belittling and rude to residents. They should not have to beg for basic needs such as using the restroom, receiving meals, and getting help with comfort or medical concerns.

My friend Jim did rehabilitation there. He stayed for about 2 months. He received excellent care. The staff was friendly and attentive to his needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

I saw your Halloween post with the scarecrow in a wheelchair, and I have to say, it’s not just unfunny, it’s honestly disrespectful. Turning residents’ real concerns—like their monthly stipend or their smoke breaks—into a public joke on social media is crossing a line. It’s about dignity, and it’s really disappointing to see a place that’s supposed to care for its residents making fun of them like this. I hope you think twice about how this comes across, because these are real people who deserve respect. Just my honest opinion.

The place smells clean, but patient rooms aren't cleaned well enough. Patients complain about the low quality food. Staff isn't very attentive to patients needs. Patients shouldn't have to sit in dirty diapers or feel the need to urinate on them selves, because the staff doesn't want to do their jobs. Need to find someone more competent to do the hiring. Very low quality care.
