Be very careful, I paid almost $9k getting my mom into Walnut Creek. My mom ending up leaving this facility after one night stay. She was afraid and upset because she was in a facility and not at home. I know I signed a contract and fully expected to pay something but Walnut Creek only refuned me $423.05. You won't be able to speak to anyone at their home office Sagora. No one answers that phone. I like this facility but they are absolutely going to look out for their best interest before yours. I cannot be the only one this has happen to. I'm contacting an attorney.

I Visit Walnut Creek Memory Care every week and as I walk in the door there she is … Miss Priscilla is always there at the front desk ready to greet you with a smile! As I walk through the halls smiling faces and hello’s are directed my way. They make it a point to make you feel welcomed
