We love Comfort Keepers Home Care. They are the best! The caregivers are a cut above, very helpful and kind. They spend extra compassionate time with my mom who has dementia, all the while they are picking up around the house, cleaning up dishes, and bathing my mother. I could not ask for a better group of care givers.

Client care coordinator Vicky W. was courteous, informative, and professional. She listened carefully to our needs, described in detail Comfort Keepers services and its philosply of care. Based on this positive first interaction we have scheduled the next step, a home consultation.

I can’t say enough good about Comfort Keepers. We used them for several months before my father passed in February. Kelly was so wonderful!! She was always there for us any time of day or night and treated us like family. When my father passed she was so supportive, I just can’t say enough!! Thank you so much Comfort Keepers, and thank you Kelly!! We love you girl!!

PLEASE consider using this wonderful company in your time of need. My situation was very last minute and very emotional. My father's hospice social worker gave me Comfort Keeper's number to reach out to in my search for someone to stay at my father's bedside. Myself and my family were in desperate need of rest, but I couldn't stand the thought of dad possibly passing away and nobody being present with him. From my first contact with Cherilyn explaining my situation and need, everything was so professionally, quickly and graciously handled. She was kind, understanding and went right to work finding me the perfect CNA to be with dad. I set the timeframe that I wanted and our angel, Sabrina Deckards, arrived. This sweet, young lady truly was God sent. I felt at ease immediately meeting her and leaving my father with her at his bedside. She kept in contact with me all night long giving updates on his status. If I texted in between her updates, my texts were answered immediately. I can't recommend her or the company enough.

The caregivers’ manager was very responsive. Unfortunately , two caregivers were sent who would not perform a duty Comfort Keeper had agreed to, although they were nice. There was one very good caregiver; outstanding. The” nurse” is an independent contractor and is completely unsupervised by Keepers. She would not produce an invoice until the very end.Be sure to demand that you get regular invoices and have someone read them to you. Comfort did not seem to be able to get her to submit timely invoices.I was very surprised by many of her charges. If Comfort or the nurse will not agree to provide invoices within a week of her services, you might want to hire your own private nurse. Helps to have an advocate on your team.
