My mother was discharged here for recovery after a long stay in the hospital. She is not being taken care of. She has trouble standing and nurses don't help her up in a timely manner or at all. She hasn't had a bath in a week despite supposedly being in the schedule for it 3 days a week. Her physical therapy schedule conflicts with dialysis and they haven't changed it. When she's brought back from dialysis, she's left alone in a wheelchair for 15 to 20 minutes. There's basically no staff here on the weekends. Her meals are late and lacking nutrition. A nurse let her fall to her knees one night and no incident report was made and my father wasn't notified. A nurses AIDE had to help her back in bed. Everything I've heard from her about her stay has been completely unacceptable. If she could take complete care of her self she would be at home. This level of care and lack of assistance is completely unacceptable.

On my first visit there they were clean and quiet and very kind and I really liked it there and I feel like my friend who's dying that's there is in a very good place. I highly recommend it.

Yesterday I was given a tour by Rossy Saldana, the Admissions Director. What I saw was a very nice facility, and patients that appeared to be very happy with the care they are getting. There is a lot of longevity with the staff, which speaks to a real commitment to their job and especially their patients!

Our dear family friend lived there from Labor Day 2024 until we moved her January 2025. Some of her mail was stolen and her Christmas package was “withheld” for over 3 weeks. Only after our persistent phone calls & documentation from the postal service her package miraculously appeared. Another time her package from us was delivered to her room by another resident who had keys to other nursing home areas. A gentleman who was kitchen staff was very cruel as evidenced by his going out of his way to harass our friend by coming to her room and taunting 5 desserts from another dinner tray. Her tray was a measly dry hamburger bun, open-faced with approximately 2 tablespoons of plain tuna fish quite similar to canned cat food. Also included were 4 slices of beets. I HAVE PICTURES OF HER MEALS FOR DOCUMENTATION. She is diabetic and there is no excuse. When we reported the theft of her jewelry the administrator lied to me that he had notified the Ft Worth police department. He lied twice to me and once to my friend. We made a report ourselves and the officer told us that was the only report made. Such a beautiful facility for such ugly nonprofessional behavior. We pray for the little residents who have no one that cares. If you have a loved one or friend, do your homework before placing them in such lacidasical care.
