I had a chance to tour Wholehearted and was so impressed. Hosanna gave me a wonderful tour of the entire facility and I had a chance to meet and speak to several of the staff. The lack of turnover of the staff is impressive. The clients seemed very happy and unique to this location is the large outdoor space that is completely contained. The staff seemed focused on the clients happiness but also their safety. I’m praying we can get my step mom moved to the area and she can become a resident.

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and care for the residents. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. “Efficiency and 24 hour care for the residents to making sure they are comfortable are the hallmarks of their service" per Steven Silcott words, he is very kind and understanding

I did some work as a contractor doing repairs. Steven was great to meet, very communicative. The staff where very nice and professional. The elderly where well taken care of and happy. Also very clean environment.

This senior living home is truly remarkable. What sets them apart for me is their compassion and communication. They are warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to keep everyone informed along whatever journey your loved one is on. Steven, Gwen, and the rest of the care team are true difference makers. The care and compassion at Gemstone is truly outstanding. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every resident feels comfortable, safe, and valued. The building is small and feels more like someone’s home rather than a nursing facility or hospital. They take the time to just sit and talk with, give hugs to and be very attentive to each resident’s needs as one would want their loved one to be treated. Gemstone is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Activities and social events keep everyone engaged and the décor for each season and planned festivities creates a warm and supportive community. I highly recommend Gemstone to anyone looking for a loving and professional environment for their loved ones.
