What a sweet community! My first visit to this community this morning and was pleased by the friendly welcome and very clean appearance, including the lovely grounds as I approached the entrance. Staff is friendly and residents look happy and clean. Nurses Brenda and Stephanie are also very friendly and love working here and serving their residents. Looking forward to visiting again.

It was a privilege for Thoughtful Additions to collaborate with Life Enrichment Coordinator Shay for our “Grow With Me” workshop and pop-up shop at The Legend of Mansfield. From entry, safety protocols were excellent and the transition was seamless. The workshop space was spacious and accommodating. Staff hospitality was A+ — every team member greeted us with smiles and a warm welcome. The residents were joyful and fully engaged. After our workshop, we saw residents displaying their certificates and succulent plants outside their apartment doors. To see that immediate impact, all the way from Houston to Mansfield, was powerful. As a former retirement facility employee in the early 2000s, I can say The Legend of Mansfield sets a new standard. Beautiful, spacious, mobility-friendly, and the ambience is welcoming. Safety protocols are top-tier — I witnessed them firsthand. Amenities include an in-house spa, salon, theater, library and more. While featuring a true fine-dining experience every meal. Memory Care stood out most. Around-the-clock activities support cognitive health, and they personalize each resident’s door with large-scale cues from their past. They facility decorated this space for them. That individuality matters. If you’re seeking a home for a loved one, this is at the top of my list. 5 stars personally. — Belinda Jordan

Legend of Mansfield is an amazing facility for memory and elder care. You can tell that they love their clients and take every opportunity to promote healthy and engaging activities. As someone who is constantly in touch with clients here, I would not hesitate to have my own family member cared for here.

I don’t know what our family would have done without Legend Mansfield's director, Calenthia (Len). She is not only excellent at her job, she truly cares about her residents and works every day to help them live their best life. Both of my parents are at Legend Mansfield, and Len has spent countless hours supporting them while they navigate difficult changes in their health and lives. She goes so far above and beyond, truly knowing my parents and trying so hard to ease every difficulty that she can. She is an excellent communicator with my brother and I and has guided our family through this challenging time. I will be forever grateful to her for her kind heart and excellent leadership.
