I moved my dad here and it was touch and go for a little bit, he did not want to leave home at all, but he couldn't be by himself anymore. We had a pretty tight budget, but we were able to get him into a studio apartment, I honestly thought it would be the size of a shoebox, but we were really pleasantly surprised. It's not that much smaller than a one bedroom and he doesn't really need much. Dad doesn't really go out to activities, but he does have coffee every day with some of the other gentlemen who live there which is really nice. He likes the food, and I've had guest meals that are delicious. The new chef will come out and talk with people and make sure everything looks good, he's super friendly. The caregivers are so nice and helpful, I feel really comfortable with my dad living here.

I've been looking for an assisted living since I fell and fractured my leg back in December. I didn't want to leave my home, but I had to make a change. Mirabella is the community I finally settled on; the apartments are very large and beautiful; the walk-in closets are so much bigger than I anticipated. It's a really great space for the price. When we first came for a tour and walked in there were residents everywhere just talking and laughing, it seems like there's always something happening. I had a lunch tour, and it was great, the menu has options for people who want some choices and it was delicious. Any time we passed anyone in the hallway they stopped and said hi, the staff was so friendly. I moved in April and it's been a great experience, although they started construction and that's been a change we're excited for all of the new spaces that are being made and the updates. The activity director Tracy is so much fun and so sweet and always has great things planned. This is a great place to live and feel safe and happy.

Having wild animals and a bed bug infestation where these poor seniors are living without an urgency to get this fixed along with other things including dining and nutrition is insane.. smh..

So we’re just going to act like everything is normal… while RACCOONS are literally crashing through the ceiling at work?? Not in the attic. Not outside. THROUGH the ceiling. Into the building. This isn’t just crazy—it’s unsafe. Wild animals in a workplace bring serious health risks, possible disease exposure, and who knows what kind of structural damage if they’re breaking in like that. At what point does this become a priority?? Because this is beyond unacceptable. Employees should not have to work in conditions like this. Something needs to be handled ASAP. :::writing

The staff is very nice and helpful. The dining room staff are horrible. They walk past you for over an hour before they take your order or just plain ignore you. Not worth the 10.00 it cost for guest to eat with their family members.
