I stayed in this rehab for a week. The therapy department took great care of me. I had therapy six out of seven days that I was there. Some of the staff in other departments need to find another job because taking care of others is not for them. My nurse Ladonis and the night tech Allyah were the best. They made me feel like I mattered, they listened to my needs and took great care of me and for that I am forever grateful. If I ever have to have rehabilitation again I would consider going back.

Since my grandmother has been here, it’s been nothing but a constant lack of patient care. No bathing in 4 days which caused her to develop a RASH, they stole her items she received from another facility, handling her roughly when she had a FRACTURED ARM (which they would’ve known if they didn’t take off her bracelet which SHOULD have been on for 2 weeks), and rude staff overall (except for a few).

The case worker for Stonegate was disgustingly rude and so was the male nurse at the front. My grandmother wanted to leave this facility as soon as she got there. PLEASE take your loved ones elsewhere.

This place is absolutely disgusting. If you care about your loved ones, do not send them here.
My grandma stayed here for about a week and a half, and we had to get her out as soon as possible. From the beginning, the level of care was unacceptable. The hospital specifically instructed that her sling stay on for about two months due to a fractured shoulder, yet they removed it anyway. She had also just undergone spinal surgery, but that still wasn’t enough for the staff to show even the slightest bit of compassion or follow basic medical instructions.

The facility is completely disorganized. They somehow managed to lose her medical paperwork, which is unacceptable for a healthcare facility. On top of that, she wasn’t bathed for four days and ended up developing a rash because of the neglect. Once they realized we were transferring her out, their attitude changed completely. They became cold, unprofessional, and downright petty. They even refused to give her blankets despite knowing she gets extremely cold because of her dialysis treatments. No patient deserves to be treated that way. The final straw was when we were leaving. The man at the front desk was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He actually told the nurse transporting my grandma that he wasn’t going to give us her medications because “the other facility should have medicine,” even though they had already told us they would send everything with her. That level of incompetence and lack of communication is unbelievable. We remained respectful throughout the entire process, even though we had every reason not to.

We transferred my grandma to another health facility
, and the difference was obvious from the moment we arrived. She was welcomed with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care—something this facility completely failed to provide. This place should be ashamed of the way it treats vulnerable patients. The neglect, poor communication, disorganization, and complete lack of compassion are unacceptable. I wouldn’t trust this facility with anyone I love. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and heartbreak, and take your family member somewhere that actually values its patients.

This so-called rehab facility is absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that patient care is not a priority here. The call light system either does not work or is completely ignored, because residents can call for help and no one responds. On the very first day, I heard someone yelling “help” repeatedly, and staff walked right past without assisting. That alone told me everything I needed to know. The nursing staff is extremely inattentive and unprofessional. Instead of checking on residents or providing care, they spend most of their time talking about their personal lives. Basic responsibilities are constantly neglected. My family member went five entire days without being given a proper bath, despite repeatedly asking for assistance. It got to the point where I had to step in and bathe her myself, which should never happen in a place that is supposed to provide medical and rehabilitative care. The rehab services are just as disappointing. We were told there would be therapy and support, yet the rehab staff has not even shown up. There has been zero follow-through on what was promised. Out of all the staff, only two individuals showed any level of care or professionalism—the staffing coordinator and one nurse from another hall. Everyone else seemed uninterested, inattentive, and unwilling to do their jobs. This facility is severely understaffed, disorganized, and lacks basic compassion for its residents. If you truly care about your loved ones, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. No one deserves to be ignored, neglected, and treated this way—especially in a place that is supposed to help them heal.

I love everybody in the front office and the boss man and everybody that takes care of me. Especially keykey with jokes and laughs. She is new here. I like her a lot. I like yazmin too. She new too. Keykey always make my nights funny too. They both work hard for me. I been living here for over 5 years and I love the staff we have here. Rm 134 Scot
