I contacted this place January of 2025 about a studio unit. At the time they told me they were $1,500. After questioning them about them for a few minutes they inform me that they go up on the price at a rate of 10% per year. I was floored. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The $1,500 monthly price they gave me was fine but I couldn't wrap my mind around a $150 per month increase in rent after each year. Here we are one and a half year later and the studio units are $1,776 per month. Unbelievable. I live on a fixed income, even if I could afford that price on move in there's no way I could pay the lease after 3 or 4 years. I've noticed that most of the reviews here are from people who toured the place and had a great experience with friendly people. I understand that because they were very nice to me when I spoke with them on the phone one and a half years ago. I wonder how these people will feel three+ years from now when their rent is almost $500 higher. Be aware. Regarding your response: I wonder how long it took you to cook up this standard response that you seem to use on everyone that leaves a less then favorable review. I hope for the sake of all the folks reading your fake response that they can see it for what it really is. You are only hurting your fellow man. You are like a spider luring elderly people into your little web only to devour them with extremely high yearly increases in rent. You should be ashamed of yourself. I've done some checking and you have a high move out rate of residence that live in your facility for a couple of years then have to move because they cannot afford the high increased rent prices. Shame shame on you.
