I am thrilled with the Care that Visiting Angels was able to provide for a dear friend of mine with a very short notice! As an RN, it is very important to me that patients have quality care at the bedside. What I witnessed was beautiful. Such compassionate care caregivers that were respectful, loving and kind. I will forever be in debt to Visiting Angels Tyler (VA Tyler) and Kasey Vickers, Director of Business Development for VA Tyler. My mother was in hospice care for less than 2 weeks before she passed away. We initially hired another local home health company, and the experience was absolutely terrible … saddening and infuriating. My dear friend, Salena Rozell, Executive Director of Remarkable Hospice Bullard and mom’s hospice nurse, heard about our situation and immediately got on the phone with Kasey. In less than 12 hours, Kasey met with my father and me, brought us lunch, hand-selected caretakers scheduled to start that evening and for the next 30 days, and even sent us the most beautiful bouquet of roses the following morning. She was always available via text or phone, and checked on us constantly. She put the pieces in place to allow my mother to pass away with dignity and grace, and to allow my father and me to be husband and daughter, not caretaker and nurse. And because of that, Kasey will forever be considered a friend. My mother’s caretakers, Janiah and Lisa, were exceptional. Each, precious in their own right, were professional, compassionate, hard working and poised. When they weren’t sitting by my mother’s bedside, taking care of her hygiene and comfort needs, or reading scripture to her, they were cleaning counters, vacuuming, washing and folding laundry, doing dishes, and offering to make my father and me a meal … all the while holding the baby monitor so they could keep eyes on my mother. I highly recommend VA Tyler for your loved one’s home health care and end-of-life care. 💜

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Visiting Angels! They have been providing care and companionship for my grandmother, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The caregivers are kind, dependable, compassionate, and truly treat my grandmother like family. Knowing she is in such caring hands gives our family tremendous peace of mind. A special thank you to Kasey, the manager, who has gone above and beyond every step of the way. Kasey is always professional, responsive, understanding, and genuinely cares about both the clients and their families. Her dedication and willingness to help have made such a difference for us. Visiting Angels has been a God send for my family. It has given us peace of mind that our Mom is being taken care of in her home when family is not available. They are so kind and easy to work with and accommodate all our needs. We could not have wished for better caregivers and are especially pleased with Tiffany M. our primary caregiver. She has bonded with my Mom and keeps her active and healthy! I highly recommend this service to families needing help caring for their loved ones!!
