Park Place Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility, (PPN&RF).<br><br>LaTarsha, Receptionist was our GPS into the (PPN&RF). The below mentioned attended to my welfare during rehabilitation. Also with helping my family and I, with becoming familiar with the layout of the facility. These are the following reasons;<br><br>Lynette, of Admission, had processed me in on the Monday following my arrival. She had assisted me with being connected to the right sources at the facility.<br><br>Kendra, Staffing Coordinator. Oversees a team which has been very helpful in helping my rehabilitation to be an enjoyable and memorable experience.<br><br>Mesa, the Dietary Director and Assistant: Maria, came to Rm. 110 West, to interview me, concerning any diet restrictions.<br><br>The cooks: Pam, & assistant: Olisha, provided me with all of the food choices I had selected or adequate meal substitutes.<br><br>Linda kept the coffee, tea, water, juice, and fruit on the table for breakfast. She trained others to take special care by providing everyone with sparkling clean silverware, glasses & cups for beverage of choice.<br><br>The Dining Room Assistants were the CNAs, also training CNA: Olivia, and Kitchen asst. Demetrius. Everyone interacted with each resident with good mannerism, and proper etiquette.<br><br>Michelle, the Nursing Director, and Candyce, her Assistant Director of Nurses, employed, and assigned quality medical staff: Tarsha, Brad, Laura, Colleen, had managed my medical & health needs. With Med Aides: Nettie, Carmilia & Cynthia Billington.<br><br>All of the CNAs: Teka, Jayden, Mary, Michael, & Gary, are certified nursing aids, and very skilled with the “preventative management of aggressive behaviors”, and assisting or directing the residents to the assigned location.<br><br>Colleen, the Physical Therapist: welcomed me into the “CHOICE” program. Which adequately, through various exercise techniques, assisted me with my rehabilitation and restore my confidence and balance.<br><br>Her assistants, Marshall, and Stephen, OT, had provided each individual with enjoyable and musical therapy to motivate them during the group section.<br><br>Occupational Asst:, Kenzie & Jennifer. Enlightened my eyes by displaying professionalism toward their scheduled clients in the CHOICE” Program<br><br>Nicole, Speech Therapist. Made sure that the service of speech were available to all needing it.provision<br><br>Clint, MDS. When assisting me with my medicine? Maintained the same medical professionalism as his working colleague.<br><br>Both Eric, Maintenance Dir., and Lester, Housekeeper Supervisor of the Maintenance Dept, aided me with any concerns that I had.<br><br>The Laundry staff: Lena, Shaunna & Jayla, took care of my clothes, and returned them to me in the same fashion they were sent.<br><br>The Housekeepers; Hilda, Jay, & Veronica, were thorough in maintaining the resident’s rooms. They were observed wiping, sterilizing, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, aromatizing the rooms with various scents, replacing the paper towels and toilet accessories when needed.<br><br>The Social Worker, Cynthia, kept me updated with my insurance requirements. She attended to other residents' needs often as necessary.<br><br>Domonique, Medical Records Asst, made sure that all weight was maintained, while providing disclosure to those desiring to know their weight.<br><br>Robb, Activity Director. Provided the residents with useful and meaningful activities for their enjoyment, including snacks, drinks, and special treats in compliance with their diet.<br><br>Latefa transported me to my medical appointments. Along with Danny, which concluded the appointment transport.<br>Latefa, also sounded her verbal alarm at my delays to any meals or appointments.<br><br>I've interacted with the residents and their families. Each of them welcomed me into the facility as a member of the (PPN&RF) family.<br><br>Larry, the Administrator, was observed and heard empowering the (PPN&RF) staff. who raised their decibels enough to be heard to the end of West Hall.<br><br>Megan, the (PPN&RF) Administrator in Training, fosters a warm professional and family environment around the (PPN&RF) facility.<br><br>RECOMMENDATIONS: Timely raises.
