Park Place has been phenomenal for my father. The entire staff from admissions to housekeeping have been exceptional. The nurses, CNA’a all are wonderful. We are about to start him on rehab here, but the two physical therapists have been very nice and answered our questions.

The new owners are working hard to make Park Place the best in Tyler. The administrative staff work well like a team and address any issues head on. The nurses are top notch and the CNAs work hard to to take care of the patients. I have to drive past several other nursing facilities to get to Park Place, but it’s worth the drive.

Our relative has been a resident at Park Place for 4 years. Since the new owners have arrived, my Mom, Anne Perales, and I cannot say enough how clean and professional this facility has become! Everyone( nurses, food technicians, administrators, etc.) make sure that every resident is loved and very well taken care of. You feel it and see it the moment you walk in. This is more of a HOME, then a nursing facility. God bless every person working at Park Place!!
