My mom received excellent care while at Providence. We did not have time to do research on the best facilities for skilled nursing so we relied on referrals from friends. Some were good and some were not a good fit for us. Do your homework/tours before you need services. PROVIDENCE PARK has been great. From the get-go they did everything possible to accommodate us and succeeded in getting my mom admitted the day of her discharge. The nurses, physical therapist, and aides are personable, attentive and do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The meals are good and the aides will provide a good full bath every other day. Bed sheets were also changed regularly. My brother and I are thankful for the care my mom received while in Providence.

I have a long time dear friend who unfortunately has needed the services of Providence Park Rehabilitation in the past on several occasions. Let me just say that the staff here are the most wonderful people I have ever experienced in one business. Although I have only dealt with the 6th wing, I'm sure this rings true throughout this establishment. Sunny, Ronnie, Carlos, and Zach are the most caring and professional people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in a Healthcare environment. And as I have prefaced, these are just the names I know and if these professionals are indicative of the complete staff, I'm sure my review falls short of, and incomplete of the praise the whole staff deserves! Professional, kind and attentive falls short of the praise in which they deserve. The sweet woman that was working the registration desk Sunday( I wish I had her name) was simply awesome also!!!<br>God Bless Providence Park Rehabilitation. This place is amazing, and it starts with the staff. A breath of fresh air in the medical industry for sure!!

Great staff and clean facility. They really take care of their patients and treat them with respect. They ensure patients make their appointments and their communication is very good with the families. I’m so glad I chose this rehab facility for my mom.
