Made a visit to Blake with a friend to see her brother; as a 20 plus year nurse I was impressed with the cleanliness, care and friendly staff. I would consider Blake for myself or a loved one. I gave 4 stars and would have given 5 but we all know nothing is perfect.

One of the most beautiful senior living facilities in Tyler. Amazing staff, good food, and plenty of daily entertainment for the residents. In this photo there was a circus. As movers here we were invited to come and enjoy the show. It was great!

The staff is the best. I don’t have one complaint My mom is at The Blake. She gets the best care. I can’t imagine her being anywhere else.

This place started off nice but now has an unpleasant odor when you enter and throughout the facility. Staff doesn't care about the residents living there, only about draining them dry financially with their deceptive billing practices that don't align with their contracts.

"I just had to leave a review because the food here deserves recognition! Everything is seasoned perfectly, fresh, and cooked so well.<br>The staff works hard and it shows in every meal.<br>10/10 recommend!" Stop by here at the bistro and see Mrs Lisa! 🤩
