A lot of factors went into our decision to move mom into Azalea Trails. Since the move she has been absolutely thriving. The facility is beautiful, the staff is wonderful and my mom is happy. Not only is she happy...she has gained back all the weight she lost and now her pants are snug:) Thank you Azalea!
