New to this facilty. Got here to visit family member and met 2 other families in the lobby that had been waiting an unusually long time for anyone to let them in. The instructions on the chalk board says follow prompts on reception desk. But all phones listed ring right back to the reception desk, unanswered. Unfortunate.

My father has been at Oak Hills Terrance and has received the best care! The directors are all very helpful and answer all my questions and/or concerns. The staff is also very attentive to my dad. They all know him and give him the best care. My dad has mentioned, on many accounts that he is very happy there. I find comfort knowing that he is very well taken care of. Oak Hills has been a blessing! Thank you for all you do!
