We cannot say enough wonderful things about this nursing facility and the amazing staff. Our family was devastated when my nephew, who is in his 20s, had to be admitted to a skilled nursing facility after a serious car wreck left him non-weightbearing for 12 weeks. It was not something any of us ever expected to face at his age. From day one, every single person here has been exceptional. The administrator, therapy team, Don/nursing team, and caregivers have all been incredibly kind, compassionate, and more than accommodating. They truly go above and beyond for their residents and families. One thing that especially touched our hearts was how they helped us celebrate his birthday while he was there. The staff even helped blow up balloons and made the day feel special despite the circumstances. Those little acts of kindness mean more than words can express. As a nurse myself for 17 years, with over 11 years spent in skilled healthcare, I know firsthand how challenging this field can be. It is truly refreshing and reassuring to see a team of people who genuinely care about their residents and the work they do. We are beyond grateful for the care, support, and compassion shown to our family during such a difficult time. Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place that truly treats residents like family.

I have never written a review in my life but I just had to with this place, I was dropping off a DoorDash full of food and personal care for a ladies mother who is staying in this nursing home. I waited at least 5minutes until a lady slowly walked to let me in while’s she’s scrolling on her phone, I let them know I had to deliver the order to a certain older lady in their care and they immediately were mad about it and tried to take the bag and look through it as if they wanted to take things from her. I didn’t let them and offered to take it to her and the poor lady was just laying there staring at the wall with the tv on, nothing in the room, very empty, quiet and sad. There were 2 black ladies there mid 20s or 30s who were very careless and rude, as soon as I left the room I heard one of the ladies just rudely letting the lady know she had a delivery not sure what she said but she raised her voice. I have never seen anything like this, this is very sad and disgusting behavior from the employees who should not have a job working with elders if they have no compassion nor enthusiasm for it and they don’t even try to hide it. It just seemed very draining and unwelcoming in this place. I wish I knew the names of these ladies to have them fired, DO NOT bring any of your elders in their care, this facility is wrong for keeping LAZY and uncompassionate workers like this. This place needs to be looked into. Shame on these employees.
