If you’re facing surgery and need inpatient rehabilitation afterward, I hope this review helps ease your mind the way I wish someone had eased mine. I put off a much-needed surgery because I was so anxious about having to stay in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Looking back, I had nothing to fear.

From the moment I arrived at Reunion Plaza Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing, I was treated with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. Every member of the staff—from the administration to the nursing team, therapists, aides, admissions staff, and business office—went above and beyond to make sure I received the best possible care.

When I arrived, I was completely dependent on others. The therapy team was exceptional: knowledgeable, encouraging, patient, and incredibly effective. They motivated me every day and helped me regain my strength and independence. The nursing staff and aides always treated me with dignity, respected my privacy, and responded promptly to my needs, making a difficult time much more comfortable.

The admissions staff and business office handled all of the paperwork, insurance, medication coordination, and arrangements for my equipment at home, allowing me to focus entirely on my recovery instead of worrying about the details.

No rehabilitation stay is perfect when you’re in pain and feeling helpless, but what impressed me most was how quickly and genuinely the staff addressed any concern that arose. They truly cared and worked hard to make things right.

Reunion Plaza Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing transformed what I had feared would be a terrible experience into one where I felt safe, supported, and cared for every step of the way. I left stronger, more confident, and deeply grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone needing skilled nursing or rehabilitation services.
