Hi everyone john Joseph smith on July 9the I will be here a year. I love the staff they all work so hard. Miss Tiffany is the manager and she is an amazing woman. I just wish there was more stuff to do for me. Yes it's clean staff is amazing.

SYLVIA, THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, LACKS COMPASSION, IS COLD, AND SHE DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS ONLY THE MONEY!! SHE DIRECTS HER NURSES & STAFF TO DO ACTIONS THAT COMPROMISE THE RESIDENTS HEALTH AND SAFETY, AND THEY JUST LISTEN AND COMPLY! They sneak and give medications, particularly Mary (an RN), all without your consent or the residents. They sneak it in with their other medications and lie and say it’s for something else if the resident asks. I hope and pray they are shut down soon because they are doing whatever they please to innocent and helpless senior citizens behind our backs. Don’t let the fake smiles, and fake niceness fool you!! They will be kicking your loved one out, using any means necessary, only 6- 9 months after they move-in, like they did us. Just so they can get more money!

If you love your loved one, please don’t send your loved one here. Biggest mistake we ever made! The best thing we did was get him out of that horrible place and transfer him to THE POINTE AT CRETE. There they treated my father with the dignity, respect and care that he deserved. They fed him real well. Treated him with compassion and enjoyed his company. He lived the last 6 months of his life happy and at a place where he was respected and loved. We are forever grateful for The Pointe at Crete, and particularly TAMAIKE WASHINGTON (the Memory Care Director). She was a blessing!

These people leave life saving medication out for dementia patients to take when they please. Horrible establishment. Do not let your loved ones come here to be abused.
