This place sucks, & they have bedbugs!!!! And the food is prison food u can’t never talk to nobody but the lady at the front desk & she dont know what’s going on ….. I gotta get my mom out of there… this place is nasty & everytime we go visit my mom We smell weed all n the wall ways….

1. NICE RESIDENCE<br>2. NICE AND EXTREMELY HARD WORKING HOUSEKEEPING MS MARIA I THINK IS HER NAME.<br>3. ALMA PROPERTY MANAGR IS A SWEETHEART.<br>4. THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN. THE ROOMS OR APARTMENT ARE VERY SMALL I WAS TOLD BUT DECENT.<br>5. THE CHA CONNECTION OR CLOUTS WITH CHA IS BAD NEWS, NOT GOOD, SHEISTERS, USERS ESPECIALLY SOME OF THE QUESTIONABLE MEN INVOLVED DONE. “ALLEGEDLY.”<br>6. I WILL BE TAKING MY APPLICATION TO A BUILDING NOT ASSOCIATED WITH CHA HOUSING (VOUCHERS) AND NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE CLA ASSOCIATES. DONE.

I initially gave this establishment a 5 rating, what a mistake. If I could give it a"0" I most certainly would. In less than 6 months the relationship with the staff has gone to hell in a handbasket. I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy, there was little to no communication from the staff even on important matters. Not a good place if you expect top notch service. Unprofessional to say the least.

From the moment we walked in, we felt nothing but good energy! The staff was so warm and welcoming, and every question we had was answered with care. I had an appointment with Dominique who was nothing but kind and friendly! She gave us a great tour of the building, and I was impressed with how clean, organized, and well-kept everything was. She also took the time to thoroughly explain getting mom started with medicaid and assist us with the application process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free.<br><br>While we were there, Mr. Mike (chef) was in the kitchen preparing food, and he actually stopped what he was doing to give us a full rundown of his menu. He explained how he puts love and thought into every meal, making sure they’re not only one of a kind but also nutritious for the residents. He even offered some to me and my brother—and it was amazing!<br><br>The best part was seeing the residents laughing, dancing, and singing along to music. The atmosphere was full of life and joy. This is definitely one of the best facilities we’ve visited while searching for a forever home for our mom. A truly awesome experience from beginning to end!
