Where do I start this place was a blessing .I came in very sick and couldn't walk. Now I'm walking thanks to the therapy team. My Social worker Wanda is truly a angel I love her more then she would know this place is bless to have that young lady she work day in a day out for me and others. Wanda if you read this keep doing what you doing for them residents you are true to what you do.

I was a Tyler's for therapy I enjoyed my stay. Therapy was good they ask me to do moves like I was still fit in high school I look at them and told them show me someone that's 40 that can do that and we laughed.My Social worker Wanda is the best part of that facility not only did I see her helping the patients she helped the staff to God bless that young lady. If you go to Tyler's ask for Wanda she will help you with everything. When you need Wanda she will come she is true to her word.The food was ok to if I need something else to eat they gave me something. Wanda thank you and your team.

The nurses have horrible attitudes. They don’t come when the patients call and they constantly say “we are understaffed”. I sat with my mom in the room once and it took 3 hours for a nurse to come get her diaper changed and her medications. If it was a true medical emergency that required immediate attention, she would have been dead waiting on help. Every nurse here complains about having too many patients at once. The greedy owners won’t hire more help. There’s no reason why it should take over an hour every time a patient needs help. The time she waited three hours was unethical. Do not send your love ones here unless you hate them and want them to be treated poorly.

They were great till I was pressed to put him On long term Medicaid. Once he got it he went down hill fast. I was also that it would be good to get him on Hospice. I misunderstood them and thought they would come in more then once or twice a week. He went from him falling out of bed every night. Then him yelling.help me all the time.
