The WORST Home Health Care I've EVER dealt with. Aids don't show up, call in, late, or always have to leave. When there the aid lacks any motivation to do what she came there to do. Which is assist. The office does not call you if no show. There is NOT another aid sent. I'm once again sitting here with no aid. I've had aids sit on phone from the time they walk in, till they leave . On phone about 98% of the time. Talking or watching videos. I've had a aid bring her friend to work here, and sit in car her whole shift here. While they aid kept going to the car to keep her friend company. And Ms. Mary.... Proved to be nothing but dishonest from the beginning. Promised she had aids to fill my needs. Had plenty of staff according to her. She would not call if there was no shows, never sends someone else. Send me a aid who was allergic to dogs, KNOWING I had a senior dog here. The aids she was sending, have been pretty much a nightmare. Who wants different aids in their home all the time who lack any motivation, and you have to constantly go over what needs to be done? Even with a list on the refrigerator. She doesn't seem to know her job, she made promises that she didn't keep. And made promises she never should have. But to get me to join this company as a patient. But once I did, it was just the opposite. I've told her this, and as well told her I wish I'd never went with this company! THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE WITH Ms. Mary and this company.
