This place was recommended to us by a friend. We made a visit while looking for a place for my mom. I was extremely impressed with how clean and updated the facility was. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The caretakers were engaging with the residents. The thing that stood out most was the residents were happy and friendly. That was very important to us.<br>We did not want to put mom into an oppressive atmosphere.<br>We ended up moving up north and had find a facility closer to us.<br>I would recommend them, mom would be there if we hadn’t have moved.

The care team at Sunrise is beyond 5 stars! They are compassionate, have great attention to detail, and very thorough. You can tell the leadership is running a trustworthy senior living community and it reflects throughout the whole staff. This community is clean, organized, and gives me much comfort to have a loved one in their care.

I am a volunteer at Sunrise of Richmond. It has been a very pleasing and positive experience. The staff is friendly, polite, attentive, and professional with both residents and visitors. The residents are engaged in various activities throughout the day. The facility is very clean, comfortable, and attractive. The residents seem very content in their home. I highly recommend!

This community has been great to work with. From Lekeisha, Kadie, Kim, Karen, and Terry they have been hands on with making sure the residents are well attended to.
