Not happy with the way they treated my father. My father said his prosthetic was too tight and it was hurting him. They brushed him off and told him was making a big deal out of it and it was fine. How are you going to tell the person wearing the prosthetic how they should feel. He felt so discouraged that he just left with his prosthetics. Don’t go here

Beth was amazing, that was the only reason I went. The front desk ladies are so rude. I had to get another form signed that was meant for each office, because they were too lazy to get it done. Luckily I made a phone call to the doctors office and Beth stepped in and took care of it. They also demanded I pay before picking up my braces. Then was told only one was ready once I got to the back. Literally wasted my time for one brace.

Beth is absolutely the nicest and most caring of her patients. She was amazing with my mom and had much time and patients with us to best find what would suit my mom and her needs. She also took the time to show me the ropes to everything I needed to know as I am my mothers care taker.

Sign in staff could use some more smiles and a kinder tone but I look past that and just present my positive side to them and choose to know that Beth makes up for that.

The customer service is just horrible. The girl name Cheryl Horrible attitude UnProfessional and Incompetent.

The receptionist Lisa Bad attitude has NO clue of what she is doing. I would suggest to stay away from Powell’s until they hire Some Professional competent people.
