The nursing staff and director of social services and the physical therapist were awesome however reached out to my mother‘s doctor left a message for the facility director and for the head of nursing never got a call back from them

The staff working with my Mom was pleasant, unfortunately prior to getting to her, no one would give me directions to get to my mother's room. Make a right then left doesn't really help when you have over 700 beds and she was in the 700 wing. Unfortunately the hallways up until her hallway all wreaked of urine. The equipment looked dated. My mom didn't feel comfortable staying alone as the place didn't feel very inviting, and one of the staff stated "If it were my mother, I wouldn't leave her here".
