My mom is very happy here and the communication is good- Nurses communicate often with the family members and we are very happy with that. I feel we are working as a team to provide care for my mom!

I'm very excited about havig my Wife Debbie there at the August Healthcare of Richmond a very nice facility not to big and not to small just right. The staff are very polite and very helpful with our Love one we are sure and feel very positive they will do everything in there control to help her..I was sold during my tour and after her being there I have seen all positive moves...the Nurses and Cna's and Rehab and Nurse Practitioners were very helpful in ensuring she has everything she needs..I myself Dau Apri and Son Kevin are very satisfied with your facility and I highly recommend them for other families...The most important goals is helpful someone that can't help themselves and try to get them back to atleast where they were before there event..What else can I say nothing but all positives no negatives...I take my hat off to your influence and potential importance to the community in a time of family needs...salute...Billy Nivens Jr. AKA BJ

My experience at August today was wonderful. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and positive, making me feel comfortable and appreciated throughout my visit.
