Wife was a patient for Rehab for a broken Pelvis. The Physical Therapist were excellent. My wife was released yesterday to home care with a promise from the NP to send in a prescription for a strong pain medication. Now 24 hours later the pharmacy has not received the prescription. Multiple calls to the facility have produced no results.

My mother spent two weeks at Autumn Care. I loved the attention they gave her, and the way they kept me informed about her progress. I was able to rest well at night knowing she was in great hands.
