I am so pleased with the Hanover staff it brings me to tears. The Receptionists are alert and engaging. The nurses are sensitive and attentive to mom's Dementia concerns. Housekeeping is polite and always available. The Therapy/Activities dept uses various techniques to guage mom's progress. Social Services creates a safe environment to talk, cry, and offer help for long term options. The Administrative/Admissions team listens and takes action and follows up! Ms. Tamika in the Business Office, well, she is the icing on the cake! I had concerns, but building a relationship with staff optimized me and my mom's experience. Thank you to the Executive Team for your leadership style.

I go there to visit my mother. The staff is very friendly. She enjoys going to physical therapy. Yousef, her physical therapist is working wonders with her. He always gives me an update when I see him.

My loved one has been a resident here for less than 6 months and it’s been a nightmare. Basic needs aren’t met. Food that is served is either cold, burned, or scraps. The staffing is non existent. I mention there being only 3 CNA one night this week to that whole building and the administrations response was “well it was staffed”. Those girls had 50+ residents a piece. Waiting for ice water for hours. The screams and cries for help being ignored. The smells. I had to get in contact with the ombudsman about other issues and since then I’ve been met with anger and disrespect. It’s almost like they are trying to hide their wrongdoings instead of correcting them!

India is an amazing CNA. She cares deeply for her patients and knows them very well. Loved seeing the care she provided for my grandma today. Thanks for all the hard work and care you put into your patients. It most definitely shows
