Luther Park Community offers a full continuum of senior living options, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and long-term nursing care, allowing residents to move between levels of care as their needs change.

Two independent living apartment communities are available for individuals aged 55 and older who are seeking a maintenance-free lifestyle with recreational and social opportunities. The Gardens at Luther Park provides a supportive community setting for those who need a level of daily assistance.

Supported living services are available for residents who require ongoing daily assistance, including around-the-clock nursing and health care, while skilled nursing services support those needing short-term rehabilitation.

Assisted living with memory care is designed to create a safe, structured environment for residents living with dementia. Predictable routines help lower stress, and activities are tailored to meet the specific needs of memory care residents.

Luther Park Community grew out of an affiliation with the Lutheran church more than 100 years ago and continues to emphasize Christian compassion in its care. A full-time chaplain serves the spiritual needs of residents, families, and employees, and individuals of all denominations are welcome. The community is a nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer board of directors who live on site.
