I’d really rather give this place 0 stars. My friend was in their care after a fall that fractured her neck. While she was there, they didn’t do physical therapy with her like they were supposed to do. And because of this, she was told that she would never walk again. She also was neglected by the staff and ended up dehydrated, with pneumonia, and she got an ulcer on her behind from a bed sore that wasn’t treated properly. She can’t use her arms or legs to get her own drinks. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place! For real!!!

The heart and passion of the folks that work there is amazing. Yes, its an older building and its being remodeled but its home to many wonderful people. The staff cares a lot and that is at the backbone of what makes the home a wonderful place for those we love.

This place is so bad. I was visiting my soon to be ex husband and my overall experience is this. The place smelled so bad my 13 year old vomited. All the other beds in the facility had a TV but he didn't. A lady was being pushed in a shower chair with BM dripping everywhere. Nobody and I mean Nobody has a guest Wi-Fi password. It took 23 minutes for his call light to be answered....in that time he soiled the bed. The offices are away from patient areas...if they were in the patient area they would know how bad it smelled. The front office person was annoy we did not know the code to get in the building. Did I mention the smell?. The only reason my ex is in this facility is because of in-between insurance issues....it was the only option. Do not put your loved one here. I also seen a coxkroach in the dinning hall. There is one 2-10 aide that is amazing and deserves a gold medal

Staff is very nice, professional and helpful. I think the place is understaffed so everyone is spread pretty thin. Additional staffing would greatly benefit both the residents and the staff.
