We love Rose Glen! It’s an independent living building! Lots of perks like a stack washer!/dryer in every unit! Breakfast on Mondays and Thursdays! The coffee bar is always open! Special events like a birthday party for residents! My birthday is in July and there were several of us who celebrated in the community center/common area with tables and chairs, couches and a piano!

Tyffany has been amazing to work with. Always knowledgeable of all residents and patient’s needs. Collaborates and partners with outside resources to meet patients where they’re at. I love working and collaborating with Tyffany. She is my go to resource in the community!!

This place is a joke! They tell you all this good stuff to put your family member in this place. My Grandma was in here for maybe 7-8 months. It seemed nice at first, until she was getting no baths. They said she was refusing, there were times when my mom would be there at they would document the same thing! They came in and she refused, when no one ever came in. A bunch of lazy workers. Crumbs under her bed that no one ever cleaned up! Her recliner was nasty and dirty. They never changed her clothes. She would have the same thing on for weeks! She smelled bad and her hair was just as nasty. One time I was visiting and she got stuck in the bathroom. I had to push the door open. The bathroom was a closet door that kept coming off track. A 90 year old trying to push a closet door that’s off track! I reported it to a worker and she said she would put in a ticket or whatever lie they claim to do. The next day I go up there nothing was done. So I go to the front desk and ask why it wasn’t fixed. They tell me they didn’t know what I was talking about! Then I decided my Grandma don’t have to live like that and moved her to another state with me. They called in her prescriptions with no insurance information. When I reached out to tell them to say I needed help getting her prescriptions filled, they stopped responding to me! Why didn’t they give the insurance information with the prescription to the pharmacy makes no sense to me. My Grandmother is 90 with no medication! This place is trash!

Terrible place. There is a cook there named michelle treaster that is very rude to staff as well as family and residents as well. A family member of mine lives there and I witnessed her being very rude and talking down to them. I reported it to the administrator and nothing was done about as she still is employed there. Next time I visited there my family member told me again that michelle was talking bad to her again. What kind of place allows employees to do this to elderly people. Think twice before sending your loved one here.
