I can’t say enough positive things about Traditions of Westfield and the experience my mom has had there. The community is beautiful, welcoming, and incredibly well thought out. It’s clear that the entire design and approach are centered around the residents—their comfort, safety, and overall quality of life.<br><br>The leadership has also been outstanding. Mason deserves special recognition for creating a client-centric culture and demonstrating genuine care for residents and their families.<br><br>I especially want to recognize Chris for his exceptional customer service. When my mom’s air conditioning stopped working, Chris went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. He worked late into the night troubleshooting the issue, and when an immediate repair wasn’t possible, he personally went out and got a portable air conditioner for her until a permanent solution could be completed.

What a wonderful place for my mom! The staff is incredible—so kind, caring, and helpful. She’s truly in a castle, being treated like a queen! The food is delicious, and the healthcare/activites/PT are outstanding! She is safe, cared for, thriving, and happy!!! We are beyond grateful for the love and care she’s receiving. Thank you!
