I would truly give 0 stars! It’s horrible! Disgusting ! Treatment towards patients horrible! They have them waiting g 2 to 3 hours to take them to bathroom! Linens aren’t change unless you ask them even then they fully don’t do a bed change! My aunt was fed 2 slices bread for dinner!when asked the social worker I was told the dietician asks them what they like and the go by that ! But she should’ve had a sandwich she said ! I got bit by some type of bug, my aunt fell the other day mind you leg was amputated! Social worker says! “ that she was told by employees that my aunt was hopping to bathroom! Mind you it takes two hours to get to the patients for them to use the bathroom! My aunt says she fell and the employees walks by and we’re laughing at her! It’s disgusting there ! Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone ! Imagine the patients with no family!

I want to give special recognition to the Activity Department. Bho and his staff go the extra mile with their experience, passion and creativity to make activities and parties fun for the residents. Activity time is an important part of a resident's day for their morale, stimulation and socialization. They make sure to offer a variety of daily activities that stimulate different motor skills, dexterity, and cognitive functions. Most importantly, I have witnessed the Activity Team's genuine care, concern and compassion for the residents. The Pearl is truly blessed with this team!

1 star is being generous to this abhorrent facility; it should be closed. My brother barely came out alive from this facility in 2020, having lost his leg due to negligent nursing/medical care. Feces on the faucet handles, the floor, bugs in the rooms, old OLD OLD facility that needs to be demolished and start over. The care staff are not personable or caring. They lack staff, towels sheets and medical supplies for the residents, and the food is barely edible. The owners of this facility can slap any new name on it they want, but it will never be a good facility; they don't put any $ into the facility or it's residents care. It's egregious the lack of care, empathy and management of this facility. NEVER EVER PUT YOUR LOVED ONE THERE!!

Can't get ahold of anyone and when you do, they have no idea why your loved one was even discharged from the hospital to their care. I would NOT recommend this place, even in hell. The communication is absurdly bad and staff is unprofessional. Update: they discharged one of my residents home saying they were doing really well and could function independently, only to find out upon their arrival that they've been neglected while at The Pearl and are none of the things the social worker stated. I will be reporting this place as soon as possible. I believe there are some nefarious things happening here. Do not send your loved ones here.

Entry camera works good. Fast and simple, but honor system to answer COVID questions isn't foolproof. Often no person in lobby to unlock door so I have tailgated in several times. Often smells bad but helpful staff. Not sure my relative belongs on 3rd floor. Personal hygiene, medical care and attire needs attention. Taking him out for a funeral was not possible.i know pearl is responsible, but it's like a jail. Tough job but you are doing a good service. Thanks.
