It's for disabled and elderly ppl.. i was visiting a family member they have a balcony and it seemed clean so they have cleaners that come and cleaners do their job obviously you can't say that about all the other towers or high-rises or really apartment complexes. It seems like the neighbors respect each other

I hate every time I have to walk in here, the security are very rude. Wanda is a sweetheart, she always has a great attitude and she always greets me.
