I’m a private caregiver for a resident at Taylor Springs who’s been here for 9 months. The staff here is AMAZING!!! Anytime I need something they are here to help and show great compassion towards anyone who comes through the door. I’d recommend Taylor Springs to anyone in need of rehab services. Their therapy team is top notch!!!

My dad stayed here for months and his heath got so bad from lack of care, lack of communication, nobody cares there. Not even management. I just removed him. Do yourself a favor. Save your money and put your family member somewhere else. When I brought it up to management they made promises they couldn’t keep. I had a ring camera in his room and they would only come to his room to pass trays and didn’t even feed him. The aides and nurses on dayshift are HORRIBLE! Laughing at the nurses station while my father hasn’t been changed in hours! I was lucky if I seen them change him twice! Then hearing how aides and nurses was talking about management and being understaffed made me y trust in this whole place. I can say there was a handful of nurses and aides that actually cared about their job. I was made promises that weren’t even close to being met. Paying the money we did for the complete lack of care is ridiculous! Two girls on dayshift shift were laughing at my father for having a bowel movement and the mess he made because he hadn’t been charged all day! It’s all full of people during the day and they only have 2 nurses and 2 aides at night! And they’re the ones who changed him the most! Negligence at its finest! Dayshift is horrible. It’s just a party to them. This place looks beautiful but is horrible. This place only cares about taking care of your money not your family member.

Wonderful facility with a truly caring team. It great to see the residents involved with daily activities, dining with others, and being engaged by Taylor Spring team of amazing caregivers. Their rehabilitation team is very patient and involved in the entire healing and rehabilitation process. Their one on one no hurry approach makes the difference. Well done Taylor Springs.

My sister stayed here for 3 yrs. She is not easy to please, but she settled in fairly well because 1) the facility was typically very clean; 2) the staff were compassionate and very welcoming; 3) the social activities were exactly as advertised. Of course, all such facilities face staffing turnover, not enough individualized medical attention, and transparency in billing. Nevertheless, Taylor Springs was exactly what my loved one needed at the time she most needed it. I made the right choice when I placed her there.
