Taylor Glen Life Plan Community is an independent living community located in Concord, North Carolina, situated on 124 rolling acres. The community offers a full continuum of care on-site, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and rehabilitation services, allowing residents to age in place as their health needs change.

Independent living residences include spacious cottage homes, villa apartments with elevator access and under-building parking, and apartment homes ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedroom floor plans. All units feature quality finishes and are maintenance-free. The community handles grocery shopping, cooking, housekeeping, and home maintenance so residents can focus on activities they enjoy.
