I have had the same caregiver for about 2 1/2 years now - her name is Crystal and she’s been excellent. She is compassionate. She is reliable. She is punctual she is experienced and very capable plus, she is very easy to work with. I’ve been extremely happy with her work ethic.

We’ve had some bad experiences with some home health agencies, so much that you begin to think, are they all the same? Then I called Home Care Freedom Agency, Karen, who runs the agency made us feel so comfortable, she came to our house and was very accommodating with my mother’s needs. I followed my instincts and immediately put in Our request to switch agencies and go with Home Care Freedom. We’ve been with Home Care Freedom now for at least six months give or take and never been happier. I highly recommend this agency very professional, efficient And most of all accommodating to my mother‘s needs.
