The staff at Synergy Home Care Concord have been outstanding. Management is great and supportive and always available to answer questions about staffing, level of care needed & additional services, such as taking our loved one to appointments or picking up groceries. We have had an AM shift and a PM shift and our loved one has enjoyed the company and support provided by all of the caregivers. We get a weekly report with all of the caregivers’ individual notes from their shifts describing household activities, care given, housekeeping done, exercises, loved one’s attitudes and difficulties managing activities of daily living, etc. This is particularly helpful, since we do not live near her. It is great knowing that someone is always available to answer the phone and respond to questions or concerns about our loved one. We are so pleased that we found Synergy Home Care of Concord.
