I recently toured Holiday Crescent Heights Independent Living while searching for a community for my mom and dad. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The community itself was beautifully maintained - clean, thoughtfully designed, and cheery. The residents I encountered seemed genuinely happy and engaged, which spoke volumes about the environment.<br>I met with Ashley, who was absolutely wonderful - warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Rather than rushing through a scripted tour, she took the time to understand what I was looking for and tailored the experience to my needs. She answered every question thoroughly and honestly, providing not just information, but real insight into daily life at the community. It felt like a meaningful conversation with someone who truly cared about helping people find the right fit for this important stage of life.

As a frequent entertainer /performer at Holiday Crescent Heights . I have witnessed the care the residents get .The engagement of the care givers with the residence is fantastic. Michelle a manager there is also very cordial & pleasant to talk to . She certainly has a way with the residence .<br>Joe 'Elvis' Borelli
