It does a lot for the older generation. They have always been helpful when I needed some information. In addition that it is easy to get to.

Love this place. So many class options to help us stay healthy and active and everyone is friendly and welcoming. It is always clean and the flowers outside are welcoming. Love the walking trail too.

Went for Exercise Orientation class today & enjoyed it. Instructor Ken did a great job. Very friendly and helpful. Ready to assist you in what equipment is right for you depending upon your needs and goals. This senior center has many different things going on. Something for everyone!!
