Facility is clean, staff very friendly. Seem to be taking good care of my family member. Food serving portions are good. Family member ate well at lunch and could not finish it all. I think they bathed her and unfortunately the entire back of her gown was wet from upper back to her waist (water not urine) and she was sleeping in it when I arrived. Bed was clean and dry.

I went there to see my husband that got transferred from the hospital night before last. Every person in there welcomed me so much and their personalities and everybody was happy and looking after my husband and it was I was very, very content with the place. As of only being, not even twenty four hours very clean

We are so grateful for the care my dad receives here. From the moment he arrived, the staff has been nothing short of excellent. The nurses and CNAs are kind, attentive, and truly treat him with respect and compassion. My dad genuinely loves them, which says everything. It gives our family real peace of mind knowing he’s in a place where people care about him as a person, not just a patient. Thank you to the entire team for all that you do every day!

From the first moment I stepped into the facility I was greeted by the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, and that means a lot to families. I'm traveling home to Detroit in a couple of days, it's so reassuring to know our love is in great care. ❤️
