Our family recently moved our father into Westminster Towers Skilled nursing. The third floor team was amazing during the hard transition. Our father enjoys the food and the views from the balcony. Thank you to Westminster third floor team . Our family is at peace as we know our father is safe and well cared for.

The family of Mary S would like to express our appreciation for the wonderful care she received while a resident for the past 8 years. Westminster Towers became her home and the staff treated her like family. Our Guardian Angel, Vickie, was always available for any and all questions and became a family friend as well. We thank her for her love and care for mom. Our Hospice nurse Eleanor and Pastor John were our rock when we needed it both spiritually and understanding Mary’s journey.

My mother has been a resident in the health center at Westminster Towers Orlando for several weeks, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care she receives. The team members, from the Director of Nursing down, are truly exceptional—compassionate, attentive, and always willing to help ensure her comfort and well-being. They treat her with dignity and respect, and that gives me peace of mind every single day. The health center is clean, well-organized, and staffed by professionals who clearly love what they do. Communication is excellent—I’m always kept informed about her care and any updates. Beyond the outstanding staff, the residents create a warm and supportive atmosphere that feels like family. Knowing my mother is in such a caring and safe environment means everything to me. Westminster Towers Orlando has exceeded every expectation, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional care for their loved one.

Westminster Towers Orlando is truly an outstanding community! The team members here are incredible—professional, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to make everyone feel valued and cared for. Their dedication creates an environment that feels more like family than just a residence. Whether it is in independent living, assisted living, or the health center, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The residents are equally amazing! There’s such a vibrant, welcoming spirit throughout the community from the moment you walk in the front door, and it’s clear that everyone genuinely enjoys being part of this wonderful place. The friendships and connections here make Westminster Towers feel warm and full of life. Combine that with beautiful facilities, engaging activities, and excellent dining options (Marketplace food is wonderful at a reasonable price), and you have a community that exceeds expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a place where people truly matter and everyone is included, Westminster Towers Orlando is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Westminster Towers has been nothing but a disappointment. The administration is not only disorganized, but also incredibly disrespectful. It feels like no one communicates with each other, and residents and families end up paying the price for their mistakes. Anytime you try to get answers, you’re either ignored, brushed off, or spoken to with an attitude. It’s clear that the people running this place care more about convenience for themselves than the well-being of the people who live here. I would never recommend Westminster Towers to anyone. The way the administration operates is unprofessional, uncaring, and completely unacceptable.
