I contacted Home instead to assist my mother and family with host cardiovascular surgery Recovery at home. My initial call was handled with compassion, efficiency, and gave me the immediate feeling that they were going to be the right fit for our needs From the In person at home, evaluation to be careful selection of the right person to work with my mother was nothing short of perfect. Throughout the entire process, they made me feel validated, supported and comfortable Pearline could not have been a more perfect fit for my mother and my families’s needs We highly recommend Home instead to anyone looking for home health assistance or post surgical or elder care For the short or long-term needs

They have great staffing when I call them and they are busy they call back within the hour. James who takes care of my brother is a very nice person who cares about what he does . He cleans my brother give him sponge bath feeds him changes him sits and talks with him . He is actually the best person we have had helping to care for my brother.

Staff is friendly although not always easy to access. The person that sits with my mother is very caring and respectful. I would definitely recommend Home Instead as the alternative to skilled nursing. It turned out to be the better option for my mother.
