Awesome staff. Crystal event coordinator I think is her title... her attention to detail is remarkable. I can tell she really loves what she does. I feel so comfortable leaving my brother every day knowing she is there. Thanks Avante for taking care of my brother!

Placing a loved one in a nursing home is never an easy decision, However after visiting when I was in town, I felt compelled to share just how meaningful our experience has been. One of the most reassuring parts of our journey has been the incredible presence of the activity director, a staff member said her name is Cristal. From what I’ve personally observed, as well as what staff and my loved one consistently share with me, she brings an energy that truly lights up the entire community. She is bright, warm, and genuinely joyful in her interactions, and it’s clear that her positivity is contagious. She loves what she does it shows Every time I speak with my family they tell me about the activities my aunt participated in That alone has brought our family an immense sense of comfort. Cristal made a point to include my family in events she is doing soon inviting residents to join in and ensuring my aunt feels valued, and part of something special. There is often a deep sense of guilt that families carry when making the decision to put a loved one into a facility. What has eased that feeling for us is knowing that our family  is not only being cared for, but is also playing dominos and doing things Cristal has  created an environment where residents can thrive socially and emotionally, and that means more than words can express. It truly feels like this facility needed someone like her. Her dedication and spirit have made an impact on both residents and  families, and we are deeply grateful for everything she does thank you cristal for caring.

Step father has been here since early February. I was surpised by how modern this home is after renovation. The staff has always been kind and friendly towards my step father Furthermore, I have complete confidence that they will continue to take good care of him. (I visit 2x-4x a week, randomly)

Very Poor Care and Disrespectful Staff The nurses are very disrespectful toward patients and their families. Especially the Haitian nurse on the night shift in the Orlando Location. She was very rude to me on two occasions. The first time, I asked her if my grandmother was receiving pain medication after her hip replacement surgery. Of course, she would be in pain, but the nurse avoided giving her the medicine. When I asked a third time, she responded sarcastically and annoyed, and my grandmother was only given Tylenol. When I asked about therapies or what medications had been administered, her answer was always “I don’t know.” If she is the nurse in charge, she should know this information. She should have checked the system before answering, showing little interest in providing accurate information. On another day, I called to ask that my grandmother, who has dementia, be helped back to her room because she did not remember where it was. The nurse was extremely rude and nasty, telling me she would not provide any information to me, even though I never asked for information—only help. That same night, they left my grandmother sitting in the common area all night, my grandmother fell again, and now fractured her knee, and had to be taken to the hospital for emergency surgery. I would not recommend this nursing home. The nurses (specially the Haitian) provide terrible care; it feels as if they are treating animals instead of people.

The facility is clean, well maintained, and focused on both comfort and clinical excellence. From admissions to therapy services, the team works together to make sure residents receive the care and support they need. It is clear they are committed to serving the Orlando community with integrity and respect. Highly recommend for anyone seeking skilled nursing or rehabilitation services.
