Atlantic Care has been absolutely life changing for our household. Having a special needs child, we’ve been with several agencies. Atlantic Care is by far the best. Our nurses are paid well, the communication is honest and timely, and everyone genuinely cares about our child. 10/10

All the Glory to God for bringing Atlantic Care Service into my life. I’m overall so thankful for the orientation and the positivity that this company has given me. I haven’t even started on my first patient yet and I already feel like part of the family. I’m so thankful and excited for this new adventure in nursing. What's happening in the home health industry is a shame but Atlantic Care is different. Really different. What distinguishes them is the commitment to their job that is much more than a paycheck to every one of them. From nurses to staff my experience has been far more positive than with any other agency in Central Florida and unfortunately I speak from experience. Now I am with Alantic Care for over 4 years. I would not even think about using another agency. The level of mismanagement, lying, sloppiness and deception in every other pediatric care home health agency around Florida puts nurses in jeopardy while leaving families bereft of help. Time and time and time again I have heard these families' stories about leaving them without care and the horrors of lack of communication and deception. I am a witness to families in other agencies having no care for a number of shifts every week while very good and experienced nurses were waiting at these very agencies to hear about an open shift! I have witnessed how these agencies show racial and religious discrimination toward nurses. Not so at Atlantic Care. People are appreciated, extended courtesy and training, and families wind up getting what they need for their loved one. There is compassionate communication all along the way. While they are certainly not perfect and are while they are certainly human, there is no other agency that accomplishes this in Central Florida and probably throughout the whole state. I would even take a negative review with a grain of salt if there are any only because they are probably motivated by jealousy. Other agencies are combined conglomerates run by a board of investors, people who have no knowledge of nursing care, pressuring all those who run the agency with no other priority than than the almighty dollar. You really want to go with Atlantic Care if you need care for your loved one. Don't debate another minute about this.

This agency truly goes above and beyond, not just for the families they serve, but for their nurses too. From day one, I’ve felt supported, valued, and appreciated. They take pride in being there every step of the way, making sure every patient’s needs are met with compassion, skill, and dedication. What really stands out is how well they take care of their nurses, myself included. They communicate openly, address concerns quickly, and make sure we have the resources we need to give the best care possible. You can tell they genuinely value their staff, which makes all the difference in the quality of care we provide. Emily and Jasmin made onboarding an absolute breeze, Lexi is outstanding with communication, and a big shout-out to Mindy in staffing for being an incredible advocate for both patients and nurses!
