Despite the fact that I am not a senior, have never sought out retirement communities for family members or even heard of this place they continuously send me mailers, fill my voicemail with messages insisting that I’ve shown interest and refuse to stop contacting me even after I have called and spoken with someone who promised my information was removed and the mail would stop. The mail has in fact not stopped and just today I received another phone call advertising their grand old people gala party something or other where I can only assume they perform a cult ritual to turn me into the senior they crave so badly. Is there a shortage of olds in their community that they feel the need to harvest from younger generations? Has someone sold my information to them as a prank? We may never know, but this review will stay up until the harassment stops. I don’t appreciate it and would rather place any eligible seniors or myself in a wet cardboard box to die like a litter of unwanted kittens than give this place a penny.

DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVE ONE HERE……….This place is a dump. It is old filthy and full of a lot of roaches. There are roaches crawling on the foods that the patients have to eat. There are sewage waste back up in patients rooms and falling like a water fall from the ceiling in common areas. To know this place raised the patient rent every year is ridiculous. This is a joke. Assistant living Director doesn't know anything about managing workers or caring for patients. She is very incompetent and doesn’t know how to do her work. She gossips and talk down on the patients, families and workers. What a good fix for this company.

Visiting Westminster Winter Park was an absolute pleasure! It was truly inspiring to witness the compassionate and high-quality care provided to the older adult population. The facility is not only beautiful and well-maintained, but also filled with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that speaks volumes about the dedication of the care team. It was a privilege to have our UCF nursing students complete their clinical rotation here. They had the invaluable opportunity to learn, grow, and provide care alongside a truly outstanding interdisciplinary team. The level of professionalism, mentorship, and patient-centered care we experienced was second to none. We are deeply grateful for this partnership and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for setting such a high standard in elder care and for supporting the next generation of nurses! Special shout out to the wonderful Director of Nursing, Jacky for helping facilitate this experience for us!

I am amazed and very happy I have moved into the WWP Tower. Helpful staff and friendly residents made my transition here smooth and comfortable. The facilities are clean and the maintenance department is very responsive to calls for help. They are always making improvements to the buildings and grounds. The view over Lake Berry is spectacular!

Had a wonderful day kayaking on the Wekiva River. This trip is favorite event sponsored by the fitness team at Westminster Winter Park. A highlight of this trip is a delicious lunch prepared fresh on the grill by the staff. We even have a private cabana for relaxing and socializing after our time on the water. That's me in the photo wearing a yellow hat.
