My father was a resident for nearly two years at the facility. Although I visited only occasionally, every time I went I found every aspect of my father’s care to be exceptional. The staff was careful, communicative with both of us, in high spirits as a model for the residents and of the highest professionalism. The facilities themselves were also cared for very well. The common areas were clean and inviting. There were frequent activities for the residents to participate in. Nothing seemed rundown or uncared for. I will always be grateful for the quality of the care and the integrity of the community.

The entire staff was helpful and kind. I want to especially thank Felicia for going above and beyond to get my brother transferred when it became necessary. Our family thanks Danna, Anita and the rest of the staff for their professionalism and efficiency.

Marie at the admission & Linda at the front desk are doing service above & beyond w/ dedication. I commend them for their excellent customer service. The reason i gave them 5 starts rating. This is just the 1st day stay of my father & I was very impressed. I'll see how the nursing & PT staffs do down the road. Hoping they'll do a great service too. I'd like to add more great staffs who were also excellent in what they do. Special mentioned to Rose/OT, Felecia/Soc Worker, Shanelly/Asst Soc Worker, Jio/PT & the rest in the nursing staff to CNA, the grooming person, the nutrition dept head; their services were above & beyond. My 95 yrs old father felt that he is really loved. He loves them including the food. He actually gained some weight there.🤣♥️👍 My father always fresh/clean, the room clean, the staffs have joyful & beautiful heart ready to serve. I recommend this cozy place if you want to recover faster. God is good♥️

Carmen is the absolute bomb!!! She always has a super positive attitude and is uber helpful with information when needed. She deserves a big raise and bonus for 2025. My mother, sister and I would be distraught if she were to ever leave Solaris. Please give her a big pat on the back and incent her to stick around. These are the type of people that makes Solaris an outstanding organization and stand out above the average nursing home. Kuddos for finding the diamond in the very broad rough candidate pool.

This is one of the nicest Nursing Rehabilitation centers. It’s clean, doesn’t have the nursing home smell and everyone of the staff is caring and helpful. They go above and beyond the patients’ needs. When you step through the front door you immediately feel the difference in a good way. Some of the anxiety of having to leave your love one seems to melt away.
